I have already logged as complaint on LG website and also send SMS to customer care but no response from their side till 2 days has passed away. I highly disappointed..
I have purchased one Double door Refrigerator's from Ajmer in July in name of Madhulika Mathur. But I have misplaced my Bill copy. As well as I don't use this Refrigerator's continuously. Its operated when we required need of fridge. Now today I checked with your company Engg. and he find problem that compressors of fridge is not working properly, it might be having some big problem or finished.
Now my kind request you to please provide me the bill copy & also let me inform on refrigerator compressor how many years Warranty LG provides to their customers. I am also having a full range of LG products
