For the past 10 day's i've admitting my complaint regarding my LG 240 litre refrigirator service. I've bought it on may. Still it is in warranty period, but whenever i admit the complaint to customer care, they are saying that "complaint has been registered, our service eng. will come for service". I don't know when they'll come. 10 days have passed and daily as usual i'm admitting the complaint. Not ony Refrigirator, we have two LG Intello Air 1.5 ton in our home. Till now no free service was done and the warranty period was also ove but thank god, we didn't experience any problem with those A/C.
LG- very worst and poor service.
