Rude talking of company call centre employee, appearing horizontal dashes across TV

On 12-8 I made a call to LG company call centre 1800-180-9999 and have furnished all the required information and they promised to send a mechanic. But since no mechanic has come for repair, on 15-8 at 11.42 AM I again made a call to the above call centre. One person named Mr. Kiran Kumar has attended my call and after enquiry he said that, though my particulars were entered, my complaint was not registered. I asked to register my complaint at least now. He asked whether my CTV is of 21" or 22" and unless I can say exactly, he can not register my complaint. I said I dont know exactly whether it is of 21" or 22" and however your company mechanic will say it. He asked when it was purchased. I said I can not remember well now. He shouted " Dont you know how to talk? " and immediately, mercilessly, disconnected my call.

Well, after seeing your response, I will approach the Forum for denying me, my legitimate service faciltiy/assistance and for the rude behaviour of your call centre employee
