Manufacturing defect of split AC

Dear SIr/madam

We have purchased 04 AC vide invoice no. ARSINAAZAOK11/436 dated 13/05. Out of four ac one of our split ac whose model no. is LSA5KR3A is creating problems of gas leakage. In a span of two months two times gas leakage has taken place in new unit, which means unit has certain manufacturing defect and hence under such a situation i am call to LG electronics india ltd helpline no.18001809999 on date 25/06 Booking a complaint, no. RNA110625002102 but no action by LG 25/6 to till date 01/07 and affter booking of compliant same problum call to LG and repetition 15 to 20 Taime, but LG no action against this problum i request you to Register of my complaint and replacement of Ac unit shortly
