I had purchased a split AC model no. LSA 3NF5VF1.AN20R1 from M/s Ahono Electronics, 50, Santoshpur Avenue, Kolkata-700075 (Tel.no - (033) 2429-2432/(033) 4062-8125) vide cash memo no.13693 dated 15th May'2011.
But the AC is not working & accordingly to the service people (Complaint no. RNA110604091005 dt.4th June'11), the outdoor unit has runout of gas.
As it is not acceptable from my point of view that a newly purchased unit is malfunctioning within 15 days of installation, I want it to be replaced immediately.
Please see that the needful is done at the earliest.
