I have purchased a refrigerator on 15.08.2010 and filed a complain in LG customer care through e-mail as well as toll free number provided in literature and I get iD C10A 0524572 on 05.10.2010 but after passed 8 days, till today I could not get service from LG. My refrigerator not working since last 8 days.
