I had purchased LG Home theater system (HTS) on date 13/10, from M/S Prakash Electronis, Gandhdiam.
About month back the display penal of the HTS player wend blank. For that I logged complain and handed the unit to Sainath Care (LG authorised service center) here in Gandhidham on date 11/9 (ie within guarantee period).
The service center person kept on delaying the repair work and suddenly on date 11/10, the person closed the S/Center with out handing back the product.
During this period I wrote a letter to LG Ele. Pvt Ltd, Noida, but no response was given.
Now, neither the LG is responding the complain nor the person is opening the service center. I am left without the product since last one month.
