I have purchased LG Fully Automatic Washing Machine, LG showroom in Vishrantwadi, Pune.

After using for 15 days, the washing machine stopped working. So I called up customer care to lodge a complaint to repair the Washing Machine. It is almost more than 2 months, they have not fixed the problem and they are asking me to pay Rs 10, 000, though I have a 24 months warranty on the Washing Machine.

Please kindly let me know, how to come out of this situation.
