I bought this set LG GD510 on 15/08/10 from Mobile store shop (Karol Bagh) with IMEI 3599 3003 0152 511. From then till today i am feeling bad about my decision of chosing LG over Nikia or Samsung. Since 15th of August my friends are complaining that your voice is not audible or very low, whenever they called me up or i called them up. The second problem is the battery backup which is simply worst. One cannot even listen to music for 1 1/2 hour continously. Battery is giving a talktime of not more then an hour.
The third problem is thesignal problem which is absolutely very frustrating, sometimes its just fade away and comes after few minutes.
I went to one of the LG service centre at Daryaganj and i must say that the product and services provided was complementing each other very well both were pathetic. Although they have promised to repair this as that was in warranty. The handset is still with the service centre and the have advised to call them and confirm on monday whether the phone has been repaired or not.
But i need the refund as i cannot trust this brand. Can somebody help me in this and advice me how can i get the refund from the company for the faulty handset.
