Bad service from the engineers

I have a AMC with the LG for my window AC. I have been calling them for last three days. The call centre only assigns me complaint numbers. Fr example, RNA 110328084855, RNA 110328030803 (28th March) and today (30th March) they gave me a new number RNA 110330099409. Finally on 30th March the call centre gave me number of some 'officer' of theirs called Sapna Bhat. She said that a remark was made under my complaint that 'complaint voucher not available' or something like. Then I was put in touch with the service centre person and he said that his engineer will come today by evening. If I had to go through such route and such harassment (which seems more than the Municipality bureaucracy) why would I have a product and then a AMC from LG. Now I am forced to think why I asked my brothers and friends to buy the LG ACs.
