LG India Chennai was requested for servicing Two split type airconditioners @ Rs.440 inclusive of tax for each A/C.in my residence.
04TH Mar Two mechanics with LG ID Card and uniform came to my house to service the A/C.
I had to provide ladder, soap and water for servicing.
Upon completion of the job the mechanic collected Rs.880 and NO receipt was given.
A complaint to LG toll free no 1800 180 9999 was given.and customer non satisfactory SMS message sent to LG 5757554.
NO Reply from LG so far. As a consumer am I eligible for receipt for the money I paid and the proof that they did a service?
