Complaint of my washing machine was logged on 12.2.2011. as per complaint no
RNA-110321045008. Mr. Manjeet, whose cell no is 9418175398 visited my resident, at Parwanoo. H.P. and changed some parts, but the machine was not working properly. Then Mr. Harvinder, whose cell no is 9857660064, also visited & changed some more parts in the machine... The parts have been changed twice but sorry to say that the machine is still not working properly. In spite of several phone calls to both of these mechanics, we have not received neither service nor responce from them. Rs 2500. has been paid to them but money receipt has not been issued from the company people.you are requested to please look into the matter & do the needfull.
