Complaint No. C1041723104 lodged on 17 th April.
Was told that technician will call within 24hrs, but there has been no response, all calls have been made by me. I have been calling again and agian and i get the same response we will call you back.
Authorised technicians were also called by us and nobody is taking the initiative to look into the complaint.
The Unit was purchased on 19-12-09 and the compressor has failed within such a short period of time.
When the company at time of purchase promises that any complaint will be attended to and parts will be replaced within 72 hrs, then why is the delay and why isnt there a response? I want my part replaced at the earliest.
