Dear sir,

i have purchased my lg kg195 mobile on 24-10-08. from shop- mobile impect, gali fire bridge, muzaffarnagar (u.p.). the IMEI no they have written on warranty card (case memo) is 356732016401307.

the same no is on the box and behind the battery of my mobile. but on 02-12 my mobile is not workig and shows invalid sim . but the same sim is working in other mobile, and i have tried other sims of other compenies on my lg mobile, but the problem is same . the mobile showings invalid sim.

i have dail *#06# but mobile shows different IMEI no-135790246811220. on screen

now what should i do now?
