We have purchased an LG refrigerator from your company. We stay at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We have lodged several complaints for repairing the fridge but nobody seems to be serious at their assignments. One person had visited our home to see what is the problem but he has disappeared after that day and the complaint no seems to be cancelled / Closed saying "it was attended". A case could be closed only after complete resolution of the prob. & not after checking what is the prob. People are not concerned as to a complaint has been taken care or no. The customer has to follow up again and again on the complaint. Is LG not responsible for a good and satisfactory after sale service?? People in LG advertise and claim that they provide very good service to their customer but we are very disappointed with the kind of service we have got from them.
