Not Getting Clear Solution of the Complaint Registered

Sir,

I have registered a complaint for the bursting voice in my refrigerator purchased on dated 24-02 and it is under warranty period. The executive was firstly hasitate to provide the complaint and telling me that the complaint will be sent on my mobile. Still not received.

The executive name may be kalpesh which was not clearly speaking. He was not atleast try to hear my problem in detail for diagnosing and behaving very rude to customer.
