I was very much satisfied with the services of LG, due to which I bought 1 after another 3 products of LG (LCD, washing machine & refrigerator). But I am very sorry to tell you that no one is willing to help me out. If you can view my complaints then kindly check them through the registered mobile no- 8800327173. When I was frustrated with the unsatisfactory services provided by LG engineers, then I requested them to exchange my just 1-month-old refrigerator. But I was told that for this I have to contact my dealer. Now when I contact my dealer he tells me that you will have to talk to LG customer care. I am in a nowhere situation now and every one is talking round and round. Before I take any legal action I am trying this last time through this written Complaint that, "Is anybody at LG going to take care about my complaint or not? "
I am really not able to understand why I am co-operating with you people since 8th of April, which is almost 20 days now.
