I purchased a LG Refrigerator just 2 weeks back & already it has stopped working.
Heard loud noise of the compressor & now, it is not cooling.
We filed a complaint wtih LG customer care & for 5 days all we got was courteous calls from LG service.
They seem to read out the apology & never meant that.
They asked us to switch on the refrigerator properly & keep the settings to low.
Low or high this is supposed to work. Otherwise they shouldnt give the settings.
Anyway, they said technicians would come & fix the problem. Since 5 days we are calling the service station to have a technician visit us. Finally they closed the ticket saying not reachable.
We gave 2 different phone numbers, none of which have any calls from LG or ayone.
I raised a new ticket: RNA 120527061971.
No response from service station.
After escalation we got a number of Ajay Kumar: 9986501662. Who never responds to the calls.
We are lost on what to do.
We highly recommend not to go for LG refrigerators for those who are looking to buy one.
Poor quality of the machines, poor service.
