I purchased a double door fridge (model : 278VT5) on 11-10.
Close to 1.5 years since purchase and no cooling in the fridge. Technical person informed me that Gas is over. I have never heard of gas over in any fridge within 1.5 years of purchase.
He also informed me that body is deformed (i had assumed that the swollen curve inside the roof of freezer was design).
When i tried to lodge a complaint with customer care (using 1800-180-9999), got a response that talk to dealer. Call dropped.
Advice: Never go for LG Brand. NEVER.
