COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE WITHOUT SOLUTION

I HAVE PURCHASED LG DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR LAST YEAR ON 19-07. IT HAS THE PROBLEM IN THE FREEZING SYSTEM. THE FREEZER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. FOR THAT I HAVE COMPLAINED TO LG CUSTOMER CARE, AND THE EXECUTIVE HAS COME FROM LG CARE. HE CHECKED ALL THE THINGS., HE FOUND NOTHING DEFECTIVE IN THAT. BUT MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED TILL NOW. THE REFRIGERATOR HAS COST ME 18000 LAST YEAR, AND IN SUCH PRODUCT, I AM FACING SUCH PROBLEM WHICH MAY BE PRIMARY REQUIREMENT OF THE CUSTOMER.

I WANT SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OR I HAVE TO GO FOR LEGAL.
