Dyer not functioning - extremely poor customer service in pune

I purchased a semi automatic washing machine (and many other home applicances) on Nov 26. My microwave stopped functioning and was repaired twice in Feb and May respectively and now my Semi Automatic Washing Machine (model 1262) the dryer has stopped functioning. I filed complaints twice. During the first attempt, the engineer visited and left stating that the machine is okay and when i filed the SECOND complaint, he has not visited at all. The second complaint for Washing machine was logged on 26 May and the reference no# is RNA 120526037354. I was told that someone will call me in 2 hours and no one revert untill today. I proactively called the LG Engineer who was assigned for the repair work eralier for the Microwave and washing machine - Anand Patil 9049007356, he called me after 5 days of filing the complaint. He assured to repair my washing machine today i.e, June 02, but now he is asking us to file the complaint again since the erstwhile complaint is closed in 3 days (unattanded). I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND HIGHLY DISSATIFIED from LG. Can anyone responsible person from LG take this complaint on priority basis and resolve my issue? Else i will be forced to dispose all the products - I own LG Microwave, 42 inches LCD, AC, microwave and Semi Automatic washing machine and i must admit, that LG does not make Life' Good - its actually makes LIFE' GROSS.
