Would like to bring to your notice that I have a lg microwave model number MS-192W. On 23rd oct I had gone to the ASC at faridabad and had got a complaint regarding my manual timer not functioning the service engineer told me that he will have to change the timer, for which I said ok and he told me that the charges would be 697rs and rs 221 as service charge. Then he took the microwave inside the cabin and came back after 10 mins telling me its fine now. I simply picked up the microwave and came back home when I tried operating it at home the same problem started moreover the thermostat button was also not working. I called up the call centre and got the complaint registered post that the agent came in to check where he identified that the timer was never being changed and I was being cheated is this what trust we need to have in the ASC its pitty to say that LG claims that they are very good in customer service but then I would say that they are best in cheating the customer by fraud. I will be escalating the case on the websites as well as the consumer court for mentally harassing me. For your information I have already spoken with the ASC manager his name is mr tyagi who is aware of the case also the person who has changed the part at the service centre his name is Puran lal the cheater and the service engineer who came to my place and identified the issue name is arun kumar. I would like to know what action are you going to take against the service centre as well as the engineer who has done fraud with me. My invoice number is 1678 and my mobile number is 9999914321.
