Product: LG- Split AC - 3 months old bought at CROMA Chennai with 3 years warrenty.
Our problem started at 3 month after the LG serivce guys came for the free dry service. From the that day LG has made our life bad. There was a gas leakage and the AC stopped cooling and after we raised our complaint the came and checked just to fill gas, in 5 hours the same problem started. Then again they came and checked said there was a leakage and took the indoor unit. on 22nd of october they came back fixed everything and again after 3 hours of running the gas was leaking and no cooling.
So i again complained on 22nd of october and they came yesterday and they came and filled gas again and closed our case and went. In another 4 hours the AC stopped again. So again i complained and again on 24th October they came and checked said that the connections that they had made was wrong and filled gas again to confirm us that everything is set.
to our nigtmare again the AC has stopped functioning and it blows only air. On top of all this harassement the LG guys when they took the AC for repair at their centre they brought it fully scratched and ugly as if it belongs to the public toilet. And when i asked why it is so dirty and none them could answer. Best thing is LG´ serice company in chennai Plasma engineers whose guys come for service dont know about the electronics at all I could so well understand that they were asking someone what to do.
And I have taken 3 days off from my work to open my house doors for these guys and on the other hand these guys dont even inform the time of arrival and if they say usually are atleast 2 hours late. We need to home sitting to service these service people.
Its so embarassing and annoying such a big Brand like LG harasses people like this wasting our time and money.
