No Free Service

Hi,

I am one of the frustrated customer of LG.

I buy LG split AC 2 star 1 ton from Vashi outlet in May. Since in one year LG promises three free service I make a call to them in Aug for Free service on there toll free no. 1800 180 9999. The customer service representative promise that I'll get call in next 24 hours for service schedule. Its been 3 days but no call. I called back again but no joy. Every time they register a new complaint number and forget. LG Sucks...

Now I call back again and got two complaint numbers 1) RNA111114084885 2) RNA111118044732 and don't know how many more I'll have in next coming days.

I am fed up with LG. Its a poor after sales service for this company. There other competitor are far ahead of them in the service area.

I'll request someone from LG to have a look in this issue asap.

I am obtaining help from consumer Court very soon as well as adding reviews to all review sites against LG products.
