Installation delay and confusing / no response from service department after full payment for the services

I have purchased a split AC on Sunday which got delivered on Monday evening and for last 2 days I have been following up with all possible numbers and persons available to get it installed but it is painful experience to get some one working. Its quite surprising that the manager doesn't pick up tha call despite repeted attempt from various numbers. After paying the full amount in advance if this is the situation " what is the service, we are claiming about? " -- Is this standard RELIANCE SERVICE MODEL?? Reliance digital retail ltd. doesnt have a web site?? there is no greivance forum / cell with contact details on your web site -- is this the business to haras people?
