I got a LG 1.5 ton Split Air Conditioner that costs me around 26, 500 INR. The unit workked well for the first two weeks. Gradually, the room temperature started to increase above 35 and it would touch "High" finally. When i called the customer service, the technician was rude and was never co-operative. Such a poor care for a customer? How can such a big organization does not manage to get a good service department?
After a month now, the unit won't switch on too. Called customer care three times and still there is no good response. I am still waiting for the unit to work paying the whole price in cash. I HAVE DECIDED NEVER TO GO FOR LG FOR ANY PRODUCT AND I WOULD NEITHER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO FOR LG.
