I have purchased the LG Split Air Conditioner from M/s Bajaj Electronics, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad and it was installed on 26.1.2011 and recently it is put into use. The model is LG LSA 5KR 3A and S.No. is 101NAHF013833. The first complaint I have lodged with LG customer care centre is on 27.2.1011 due to some noise is observed in the indoor unit. The technician has attended on 30.3.2011 and remarked that the Dashboard is having a manufacturing defect and it to be replaced. Without replacing the faulty component the complaint is closed by LG. I have again lodged a complaint on 2.4.2011 vide complaint no. RNA 1104020192 and a reminder is also given on 4.4.2011. Since the complaint is not attended to I have lodged a complaint again on 6.4.2011 vide complaint number RNA 11040604044189. The technician has again attended on 10.4.2011 but the problem still persists. Kindly help.
