WE HAVE PURCHASE ONE SPLIT AC 1.00 TON FROM LG SHOP. NOW THE AC IS NOT COOLING WEEL AND MADE COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE UNDER COMPLAINT NO.C1093012986. 1ST DAY THE ENGINEER VISIT AND ADVISE TO NEED TO RE-FILL AND GAS AND WILL COME NEXT DAY ALONG WIT THE GAS KIT. ALREDY 15 DAYS IS PASSED AND NOBODY CAME TO FILL THE GAS. WHEN WE REMINDED WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE PROVIDE LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE NO.9999774318, 1ST DAY THEY HAVE PICKUP THE CALL, HOWEVER NEXT DAY ONWARD THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. ALREADY 15 DAYS IS PASSED. SO LG IS CUTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
