I have purchased a split air conditioner from LG a couple of weeks back. The AC was not working for the last 4 days and i contacted the LG customer care center. They said the request is filed and a technician will attend the fault within 24 hrs. Almost 2 days have gone and no one till turned up to fix the issue. When i contacted the customer care center again I am given the same answer of 24 hrs again.
I am very disappointed with the service and would like to bring this to the notice of the consumer compliants forum.
