Hi,
I'm Dhinesh Babu, bought LG Split AC on 15-June and it stopped working after 2 days of purchase. Every time i am calling to the customer care the reply is 'your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs', and now it is almost 12days x 24 hours.
If they couldn't give a service to the customer, why they should have an option of customer care, service center and all. Can someone say how to make legal action against them. I am very much frustrated now.
And i don't want to leave this issue just like that.
Please take some action against this and it is very much appreciated.
