My name is adesh kumar, I have LG TV at home, which is causing some problems, but companies agent at concerned place who is supposed to provide service is not at all entertainig our calls, He do not receive calls & even if he receives, only promices to come but havn't shown his face till now. We have never expected this kind of service from LG, I want to raise this issue to higher level. And i am anticipating some kind of action.
Service is very BAD and from 10-11 MONTHS not get TV repaired
i registered a complaint LG TV before 10-11 months from LG customer care in muradnagar,
So LG service man take away the TV kit for testing and now we are tired to call them to fix our kit to TV. They are just pushing us saying that some more days required, From 10-11 months that guy is repairing our new branded TV's KIT. This is so iresponcible service given by LG sERVICE CENTRE MURADNAGAR.
