SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT. LTD., DELIVERED ONE LG WASHING MACHINE MODEL NO 7519 PV ON 18.07.2010. ON DELIVERY ITSELF WE OBSERVED DENT ON THE CASING ON LEFT SIDE AND THOUGH WE COMPLAINT TO SNEHANJALI AND ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AND SIMPLY TOLD THAT SUCH THINGS HAPPENED IN TRANSPORT AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE MACHINE BUT ONLY SEND A MECHANIC WHO WILL HAMMER AND REMOVE THE DENT.
