WORST After Sales Service

Hi!

I lodged the Complaint with LG Customer Care on 27th April with Complaint ID: RNA1104270​02661.

My Window AC was picked on 29th April.

I was given a commitment that on Sunday 1st May the AC would be repiared and returned.

On Tuesday 3rd May the commitment was given for the same day.

When I called LG customer Care for escalation number I was given the number of Mrs lohia, whose number was continuously busy.

ASM Mr. Ram to whom when I called I was getting call waiting and sometimes the cell was ringing, however again no one was there on the other side to speak to.

There is no one to take the responsibility, ownership and accountability. There is no one to whom we can escalate.

The Service center numbers are 99% of times busy and they dont even have the Courtesy to call the customer and inform about the Delay.

LG After sales service is simply pathetic.

I would like someone to please take some action on them.
