No response from LG service centre and Call in pending status

I raised a complaint for my LG window AC (RNA 120506037297) on 6th May. The engineer visited our home on 7th May and told us that the AC need to be taken to workshop for Gas refilling and will be picked within day or two.

Since then there is no response from the service centre. I have followed up with the customer care 2 times and they have provided me with the Noida service centre phone number 0120-4177550 calling on which do not respond.

What is use of taking AMC when the response from the LG service is so horrible. If I would have approached local service, gas refilling would have been completed till now.
