I had purchased two 1 ton A/c's from Lloyd on 28th May. And i got it installed from my own vendor immediately due to an urgency and low installation cost.
When i called up the LLOYD customer care to give me a demo of their product, they simply denied and informed me that the demo would be charged as i did not got installed from their so called vendors.
I repeatedly called up the customer care to complain about this and later on they passed me a number of their service head in mumbai who never sounded like a responsible person as even he was speaking as if i have done some crime by not getting it installed from their vendors. They were simply very rude, right from the person who called me from their vendor and to their service head.
I have learnt a lesson that you should never believe this new players who come into market and fool customers. And i am not letting this issue like this. They have to give an answer for this.
