NON DELIVERY OF HI FI SYSTEM AFTER REPAIRING

I have lodged a complaint (ID C1050827568) with the customer care center. This complaint was attended after four days (this indicates the callousness shown by the service centre executives Mr. Navneet/Mr. Arvind) by Shree Electronics Shop No C-10, Shah Complex, Sector-13, Near Palm Beach, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.

There was problem in DVD player of my Mini Hi Fi system, it was not responding. One month before at the same service centre my system was given for the same problem and that time after long struggle Mr. Navneet replaced some card of the system and he was given 2 months warranty for the same. But now again the same problem arises.

System was taken by the above service centre for repair on 13th May. On 16th May when I called in service centre they said the system was reparied and working OK, then I ask them for delivery of system at my place of residence, every time the receptionist at centre reply the executive will bring system, sofar as on date today (22nd May) I havent received system yet. At least 10 to 20 times, I called the centre the I got the same reply. I thought centre should not missuse the system. I am in tense now. I want my system back and LG should shut down such service centres and should take some serious action againts the persons involved in it. Today I will lodge the police complaint for non delivery of my system.
