I have ordered for 5800 express music phone which wa delivered to me on 7/6. But surprisingly I have not received EXTRA BATTERY as announced. On 8/6 I have lodged a complaint about the non receipt of Extra Battery & non functioning of the battery as per specifications given in your advertisement/web site. Your customer care executive (Namely Jyothi) has noted down the complaint and sought for 7 days time for sending the same. As I have not received the shipment on 18/06 I made a complaint again and this time it was Mohsin who spoke to me and sought 7more days for resolving complaint. And again on 28/06 when I made a call again Mr. Santhosh, another customer care executive came on line and apolosised for the delay and assured that I will definitely get the shipment in another 7 days. Now today it is 08/07. Till now I have not received the Extra battery as promised.
Now your customer care number that is 9223516148 is not functioning for the last 3 days. What should I do? Should I approach the competent authority or you resolve my complaint at least now? If i do not get a reply with in 3 days... I will definitely approach the competent authority for early settlement.
