LPG Indane domestic Gas
Problem in refilling

I am Mr. Prasanta Kr. Mondal having a domestic Gas connection (Consumer Number - 03950) with m/s CANTONMENT GAS SUPPLIES (Reg. No. 99034611). For past few maonths I am facing problem of refilling my gas cylinder. I am having doudble cylinder. Every time I go I am told that I need to register for refilling after 15 days of receiving my previous gas. My last refilling booking was done on 3dr March and after lots of pursuation I received the filled in gas today.

In adding to that I could see people who are suppose to deliver the gas at my door step are selling the gas to various shops people are forcesed to purchase the filled in cylinder with hiher price. The address of these shops is as below

Even after several times complaining about the unethical business going on in my are to the above mentioned dealer he is taking no steps to stop the black selling of cylinders.

Please look into the matter and resolve the matter.
