I purchased tez matrix ups, sr.no-800va b4gt5m121415-2610, on dt-16/02, in faizabad district, up. It is not working properly as my computer shut down as electricity shut down, I made complaint to local dealer who transfered to company engineer, but no response got yet. please do needful.
