Not attending to electric kettle within warranty

Dear Sir,
I have purchased one maharajawhiteline electric kettle (model no EK-702) from Kolkata on 10/2/10 . After use of the for 3 months the kettle became defective and it was given to maharaja service centre with all purchase details on 24/5/10 at Chennai, M/S GKM customer care (registration no 1990) who assured to set it right within 15 days. It is unfotunate to note that the kettle has not been retured after repair, no commitment to do so even after 2 1/2 months and most unfotunate thing is that no one is lifing the phone except GKM customer care who are waiting for Head office to respond, a gesture which is not expected from a reputed company like maharajawhiteline and their associates. I, therefore, expect you to guide me regarding my next course of action and oblige. Thanking you,

PS: I have put my complain in maharaja customer care page before approaching to GKM on 24/5/10. It appears that the complain has not been registered and no feed back given. This method of taking cutomer feedback reflects the insincerity of approach which needs a relook by the management who deals with essential house hold items.
