I asked Just dial to suggest one vendor who will repair my DVD home theatre and they suggested one vendor called A AKS 24 x 7 and that day if self i given the complaint and the executive come to my home and inspected DVD player he told to need to change the Loader and he promised within 3 days i will bring your DVD back with perfect condition and he taken my DVD player on 14/06 and till date i am not got the DVD player back and whatever the number they provided in the bill that is every time its switched off and now 5 days back i given call to the just dial complaint department regarding this and they told they will put the vendor into block list and vendor will contact us with in 24 hours and that time itself i called up one more number which just dial people provided they given the information that this company was sold and taken by some others. I think my DVD player is gone only.
Important thing to the customers who is using just dial door step service go and give the electronics for repair at their shop only don't give just like that your things will go and one more suggestion that don't use just dial service.
