I have purchased MAX 2020 on 2nd June.
On 16th August i was not receiving calls.
On 17th August i gave my instrument for repairing at company's authorised service center in DADAR .
On 20th August the service center at DADAR sent my instrument to company's service center.
Today almost after 20 days, i am still getting answer that i will get my instrument repaired by MONDAY .
I mail to their west region manager of the MAXX about refund of instrument, mentioning the reason that after approximately 65 days of usage, Instrument has a fault which company takes approximately 25 days to repair, approximately period considering they will give instrument on MONDAY .
Please guide what to do.
