The phone which i purchased from naaptol ie-media g2 against order no 793425 dated 23/09is nothing close to the phone i saw in the times of india and booked it but when i actually saw the product i was shocked i have been cheated the quality of the phone is horrible it does not work properly when we touch the screen the liquid can be seen it does not connect to gmail at all and it is only android style but not a android smart phone.the quality of the panels is horrible it is made of rubber.i did not expect this from naaptol.the touch screen does not work properly at all.i want to return this item and also a refund if you consider this and do the needfull i will be gratefull otherwise i will have to approch the consumer griviances cell.
