I have Purchased a brand new SAM SUNG split AC Model no:- AS183USB on May-29-
2010 in Hyderabad city at "METRO cash n carry"
The Brand new Out door unit is having multiple Dents, as it was realised during the Installation process at my home i have carried the OD unit back to METRO they suggested me to take back the pice as Samsung service team will resolve this directly at my home
I have not checked the sealed piece at METRO with a belief in the Quality process of Metro now i know their operational efficiency
The issue was raised in Sam sung CC and Metro Customer Care, on 30-May till now 10 complaints were logged against Ref BPID: 8412343597
on 7-7 i was asked my Mr. Ahmed from Metro to contact Mr. Ramesh from SAMSUNG, Andhra pradesh, Mr. Rames committed and said to me he will organise with replacement / refund. he sent the local Kukatpally area team and collected the documents, Metro bill, S.No of ID & OD units, after 30 day i was now told the complaint is closed as they were asked to close the call by Ramesh, when i contacted Mr. Ramesh he said he is not responsible and he suggested me to get this resolved by METRO only
Back to Square 1 at METRO, after 65 day from the day of Purchase of Brand new piece,
why should i live with this Issue when i have spent Brand new price do you expect me to live with multiple dented piece?
METRO: Now as a final call i would request to resolve the issue you have to realise the Pain i am going through wasting my efforts do i need this because I am your customer?
SAMSUNG: my mobile, my refrigerator, my washing machine all are SAMSUNG now have you decide to suffer the loyal customer let me know.
I lost my patience i am irritated and i want to handle this in better way if the Senior management fail to take this issue on their heads i will proceed for my justice
