I bought Micromax 550 Qube mobile in kanchipuram poorvika branch on 02.01.2011. On that mobile there is a problem in message folder opening. The next day i asked them but they won't give proper response. Then i went to vellore branch, they said that is the software problem and brought my phone and kept my phone for 5 days. But the problem is not solved. Now both kancipuram and vellore branch do not give any answer and they won't take care of my complaint. I have warranty and insurance properly then i don't know why they won't take care and response my complaint. Should i take any legal steps in consumer court?
