Dear Sir,
I have given my Micromax q3 mobile handset for repairing under service warranty due to some bluetooth connecting error. I have given it for service on 26th of august. They said they will reoair it and give on the same day or next day. Til now i have made somany calls and the customer care executive Ms. laxmi and her manager Vishnu is mocking me over the phone and they are just extending the dates. The customer service is way too bad in the customer care, I think Micromax has outsourced the service to other people.
