My micromax Q5 mobile was not working properly, actually it was having some issues with trackpad, and my mobile is in warranty. It has been more than 20 days and I have visited their service point more than 5 times. And now they are offering me another used micromax Q5 mobile, which is not in good condition. I am not getting my own mobile back.
