Battery Problem

I had bought a Miromax Q75 (Black Coloured) from M/s Mohak, opp Dagdusheth Ganapati Mandir, off Laxmi Road, 257/B Budhwar peth, pune 411 002. (Phone No 020 2448 0753) on 30.09.2011. Bill No 2294

which has IMEI No 910023602471949.

In the the month of January (I guess) the battery had to be charged twice and afterwards thrice in a day

when my cell usage is not much (hardly six calls per day max)

I had approached the service center of Micromax opp Modern High school on off JM RD with a bill.

The man there promptly gave me another battery changed from a big plastic box. While taking it, I had a doubt weather it is a new battery.

In a week, I had gone there again as it had the same problem. He gave it to me changed again.

The same thing has had happened. This time after a couple of months. I am fed up. What exactly a step should be taken..??
