Complaint regarding replacement of Micromax Mobile Hand Set (Model Q 75 )

Sir,

I regret to inform you that the Micromax mobile set Model No. Q75 which I purchased on 12/11 from C.M. Enterprises, S-5/69, Gandhi Market, Bhootnath, Indira nagar, Lucknow is not working properly. After few days I observed auto switch- off problem in the set. I registered my complaint at the authorised Micromax service center, Prince Communication, opp. Bhopal House, Lalbagh, Lucknow on 12/05 but they were unable to remove the problem. After that I submitted my set (micromax Q 75) again and again at the service center on the following dates :

but the problem still continues and its charging device is also not working. The set is non-functional. Please also note that the set is under the warranty period.

You are requested to look into this matter and direct the concerned mobile company to replace the mobile set.
