Unable get a cell phone part yet

We purchased a Mobile phone from Univercell, located in Chatiram bus stand, Trichy. A blue-tooth adapter in my package was missing on that day of purchase. But the staff named (Karthick) assured us to give that part soon. But he is saying that the part is with him. He is saying excuses but not provided that part. After purchase we visited the show room 4 times but no use. Mr. Bala from that same showroom also assured the same, but no use. We need that part now but, we ashamed of Univercell customer care.
